Due to the nature of our products, which are digital goods (software) delivered instantly, no refunds or returns are offered under any circumstances once the product has been delivered. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees that they are purchasing a digital product, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exceptions
In extremely rare cases, if the software presents a significant and verifiable technical defect that cannot be resolved, we will assess the situation to provide an appropriate solution, such as a software update or bug fix. However, a refund is not guaranteed in these cases.

By completing the purchase, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted our terms of use, including the refund and return policies. We strongly recommend that all customers review these terms before proceeding with any purchase.
