1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website and/or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any of our products.
2. Products Offered
We sell independently developed scripts, software, and modifications ("mods") intended for use exclusively on FiveM® GTA V servers. All products are digital and delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.
3. Rockstar Games Disclaimer
All products sold on this platform are independently developed and are not affiliated with, approved, sponsored, or endorsed by Rockstar Games®, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc., or any of their affiliates.
Grand Theft Auto®, GTA V®, FiveM® and all related trademarks are the property of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
4. License of Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product solely for personal or server use on FiveM.
Reselling, redistributing, sublicensing, renting, lending, sharing, or otherwise making our products available to third parties without express written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate license revocation without refund.
This license does not override or replace any terms imposed by Rockstar Games, FiveM, or related platform agreements. Continued use of the product requires compliance with all applicable third-party terms, including Rockstar Games’ Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), and Creator Platform License Agreement (PLA).
5. Platform Dependency
Our products rely on third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to FiveM®, Rockstar Games services, Tebex, and server hosting providers.
We do not own, operate, or control these platforms and are not responsible for changes, updates, restrictions, policy modifications, encryption systems, validation mechanisms, service interruptions, or termination of access imposed by such services that may affect product functionality or availability.
6. Compatibility
Products are developed for use on FiveM servers as they exist at the time of release. Compatibility with future versions of FiveM, GTA V, server artifacts, or third-party resources is not guaranteed.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compatibility before making a purchase.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks, or reversals are offered once access to the product has been granted or the product has been delivered.
Limited technical support may be provided at our discretion to assist with installation or basic usage issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All products, scripts, software, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of LV Soft / LVS Store or their respective creators and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.
9. Limited Liability
Use of our products is entirely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to server failures, data loss, loss of access, service termination, gameplay interruptions, or incompatibilities arising from use of the product or changes imposed by third-party platforms such as FiveM®, Rockstar Games®, or Tebex.
10. Updates and Support
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time. We are not obligated to provide updates, continued compatibility, or ongoing technical support unless explicitly stated otherwise.
11. Changes to the Terms
These terms and conditions may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the Federal Court of San Francisco, located at Pasaje Ciudad de Neuquén 2346/2350 (2400) – San Francisco, Argentina, phone +54 03564-498373, email jfsanfrancisco@pjn.gov.ar, or via https://pjn.gov.ar/guia/jfc.
